RE: COUNCIL LEVIES PAYABLE IN TERMS OF THE REGISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATION EXPENSES COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
This serves to inform you that the Minister of Employment and Labour has renewed the Registration and Administration Expenses Collective Agreement (published in Government Notice R.677 of 26 August 2011), in terms of Section 32A (2) of the Labour Relations Act with effect from 28 October 2019.
All Employers in the scope of the Council are obliged to deduct and pay to the Council the contributions as reflected in the table below with effect from 28 October 2019:
