to bargain as hard as you can to get the best deal possible for your membership.
Our loudest critic has been occupying a key space on the Bargaining Council for over two decades, and we are told time and time again that they represent a considerable constituency. This may be so, but with that comes the responsibility, duty and burden to
negotiate, bargain and conclude deals in the best interest of one’s members.
