Productivity SA, a member of PtSA, is offering free Kaizen Workshops (continuous improvement) to assist businesses improve their productivity and competitiveness.
These workshops are run over 2 days (not necessarily consecutive days) and teaches employees practical problem solving skills in the workplace. These workshops can also be run online. Once the workshops are completed, the employees decide on problems in their workplace which require solving, and complete a practical problem solving process using the skills which they have learned in the workshop. During this period of up to 3 months, Productivity SA undertakes a mentoring role to ensure that the processes are correctly applied.
